Printing a Sample Issuance

A Sample Issuance has only one printout option.

Note
  • If a Sample Issuance status has not reached the posted status, the user can only access the print preview, which has a watermark labeled "DRAFT," since the print link is disabled.
  • When a Sample Issuance is in a posted status, the print link is activated without any watermark, while the print preview will be disabled.

The process of printing a sample issuance in Print Preview and Print is the same.

When generating a printed copy of a sample issuance, ensure you are currently in a read mode state where you can view the details of a sample issuance transaction to enable the print preview and print link. To know more info, Click Searching & Reading an existing Sample Issuance record..

Suppose the transaction is in a posted status:

  1. Click print link at the upper right.

    Print button

  2. After clicking the print link, a new tab appears, print out in PDF form is displayed in another tab.

  3. If the user wants to download it in his computer, he needs to click the printer logo

  4. After clicking, user has an option to save as PDF or whatever he prefers to do with the document, then, click Save.
